Not only do we have live entertainment that feeds the soul, but the venue has several hospitality options for both casual and corporate dining.
MyState Bank Arena is Tasmanians largest indoor venue and is capable of being reconfigured into numerous modes to suit the needs and capacities of different events. This means that no two seating plans are exactly the same! Ticketing and seating plans are handled by our ticketing partner, Ticketek Australia.
Each event has its own seating plan, which may be found in the details for each show that is currently on sale on the Ticketek website. A few of our most common seating plan examples can be seen below but no two shows are the same, so it is best to check on Ticketek website for the exact show you are coming to. Please be aware that when booking tickets, you may not be able to select a specific seat. Ticketek will automatically allocate you the best available in your chosen price category at the time of your purchase. If you prefer to call and discuss your seating options. Accessible Seating
Accessible seating at MyState Bank Arena is available on the Arena Floor (Lower Level), including general admission standing floor.
Due to varying staging configurations, capacity limits apply on the floor for both reserved seating and general admission standing floor.
It is important when purchasing tickets to indicate that you require accessible seating at the time of booking so you will be allocated correctly.
Access to a complimentary ticket is also available to government issued Companion Card holders at the time of booking. The cardholder must provide the Companion Card number when making a booking then present it at the Box Office to staff on event day to collect their complimentary ticket.
Complimentary tickets can only be collected by the companion card holder.
Accessible Parking
There is often high demand for accessible parking for events at MyState Bank Arena, so it’s best to check your parking options early, and allow yourself plenty of time to get to the show on the day.
Accessible parking is available in car park west near Entry 1. We have a limited number of car parks designated specifically for accessibility pass holder parking. These spaces are free, and they fill up quickly.
Taxi and Ride Share
For your convenience, a dedicated drop off point for all Taxi and Ride Share Services is available outside Entry 1 with access from the Brooker Highway.
Accessibility throughout the Venue
The main entrance to MyState Bank Arena is Entry 2. The multiple entry points at the front of the venue are fully accessible. There is lift and ramp access from the Main Foyer to the lower level near door 1 & 3.

Service Animals / Guide Dogs
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited except for trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities.
Accredited service animals are always welcome inside the Arena, but we would ask they always display their identification badge or medallion.
Guests may take their service animal outside the Arena to relieve itself, just alert the security or staff who will be available to show you to the nearest outdoor area.
Water bowls are available for service animals (subject to availability). Please see the box office staff near Entry 2.
Amenities / Services
Accessible restroom facilities have been designed for patrons with special needs and are easily accessible on the main concourse.
The venue is also fitted with an Adult Change Facility which includes an adult sized change table, ceiling hoist, a peninsular toilet, privacy screen and additional circulation space to meet the needs of people with complex disabilities and their careers.
A First Aid room is located on the main concourse next to Entry 1 but if you require medical assistance, please alert any member of staff and the team will come to you.
Wheelchair storage is available for guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair. Please notify one of our friendly ushers who will make these arrangements for you.
Emergency Evacuation
All staff at MyState Bank Arena have been trained in emergency evacuation procedures. This will ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons in the case of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to the instructions from staff to assist in your safe exit from the Arena.
Wheelchair and Accessible Seating Policy
Accessible ticketing is available across all price categories (subject to availability), including the general admission standing floor. Due to varying staging configurations, capacity limits are required to be placed on the floor for both reserved and general admission events.
Accessible allocations are reserved for guests with accessible needs and their companion. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (1) adjacent seat for their companion. Subject to availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible within the accessible locations.
Baby Change
There is a parenting room at MyState Bank Arena located near door three in the Main Foyer. The parenting room is equipped with a change table, comfortable chairs for feeding, microwave and running water.
Breastfeeding Areas
MyState Bank Arena welcomes breastfeeding anywhere throughout the venue, parents are also able to utilise the baby change room for feeding and changing nappies.
Prams and Strollers
For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted in the Upper Lever and on the Arena floor for events. We ask that all prams and strollers are left in your vehicle, or if you need your stroller stored, please see our friendly Box Office staff. For children’s and family events, pram parking will be available.
Lost Children
In the event that a child is lost, we ask that patrons contact their nearest security guard, staff member or patrolling police immediately.
Ticketek is the authorised ticketing agent for all events at MyState Bank Arena.
Tickets to all MyState Bank Arena events (excluding memberships) should be purchased via the authorised ticketing agent, Ticketek.
Ticket on-selling agencies – such as Viagogo, Stubhub, Ticketmaster Resale etc – are not authorised ticket sellers for MyState Bank Arena.
It is strongly recommended that MyState Bank tickets are only purchased through the authorised agent, Ticketek. Tickets purchased through unauthorised ticket on-sellers are not guaranteed admission to the Arena. All enquiries and requested refunds regarding tickets purchased through these channels should be directed back to the ticket on-seller.
MyState Bank Arena ticket office is open on major event days, generally from 2 hours prior to start of the event. Arena staff will be on site during events to facilitate ticket sales, collections, and enquiries.

Concession & Bar Outlets
MyState Bank Arena offers a wide selection of local food and beverages through our retail concessions and bars.
For your convenience, credit card and EFTPOS payments are available at all outlets. PayWave and Apple Pay technologies are also supported.
Retail Food Concessions
If you are hungry but did not have time to eat pre-event or would like something to tickle your taste buds during the event, our concessions on the concourse and in the main arena have you covered.
Our offerings are Eastern Eats, Pizza and Burger Bar and Grab & Go.
Retail Bars
Numerous bars are conveniently located around all concourses. On offer is a range of local beers, ciders, wines, pre-mixed spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bars close approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled event finish time.
Coffee
Coffee is located in the Grab & Go concession near Entry 3 on the main concourse.
Additional coffee outlets operate for certain events and are located throughout
the Arena.
Please note that not all concessions and bars are open for every event.

If Patrons are found in possession of prohibited items, Patrons may be requested to surrender the item, or to immediately leave MyState Bank Arena.
At most events, Tour Merchandise is available in the main foyer to the left as you enter through Entry 2. There may also be a Merchandise stand outside of the venue but this is dependent on each event.
The performers merchandise company is responsible for the content and price, therefore they are only available at events and cannot be pre-purchased online.
If you need to return or exchange your purchase after the event, you must contact the merchandise company directly. JackJumpers Merchandise is available for purchase on game days. Please see staff at the Box Office/Enquiries window.
