An update from our General Manager, Renee Brown

Spring has arrived, and it brings with it an air of excitement here at MyState Bank Arena! We are thrilled to kick off the NBL23/24 season with the Tasmania JackJumpers' first home game, set to take place at our arena tomorrow night.

Our staff have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure a seamless customer experience and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their dedication. We employ 260 staff here at MyState Bank Arena and we’re lucky to have some of the best in the business!

The energy surrounding this season is palpable, and we simply cannot contain our excitement to welcome all the passionate JackJumpers fans back to our beloved Arena.

Whilst basketball tickets are hard to come by don’t forget we have our amazing Sky Suites available, with the best view in the house and discounted offerings – they can accommodate up to 16 guests and are an amazing way to experience our events here at the Arena.

Of course, basketball is not the only thing we do well here at MyState Bank Arena—we've been bustling with activity hosting a wide array of events and collaborating closely with our corporate clients to breathe life into their conferences, dinners, lunches, and product launches. Mark your calendars for our upcoming inaugural Melbourne Cup lunch on November 7th—it promises to be an extraordinary day, with MC’s Georgia Love and Tim Campbell, an in-house Tote Lounge, Fashions on the Fields, entertainment by Tim Campbell Band,  amazing prizes and giveaways, not to mention a 3-course meal by Oli Mellers and a 5-hour beverage package  – it's going to be a chance for us to unwind and have some fun and we encourage you to secure your tickets for this exceptional event.

Don’t forget our monthly community market, our next one is being held this Sunday 8 October – with over 50 stall holders and food vans ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.
