We encourage women, men, and current and aspiring leaders to join us. Proudly presented by Blundstone and introduced by their Chief People Officer Rhiannon Carr, you will hear the tales from former Richmond leadership teammates Peggy O’Neal, first woman in AFL history to serve as a club president, and Tasmania Devils CEO Brendon Gale on the partnership that guided the Tigers to three Premierships.

This will be followed by a behind-the-scenes chat with current JackJumpers ‘teammates’, CEO Christine Finnegan, and Coach Scott Roth about their journey from start-up strangers to trusted confidantes combining to take the JackJumpers to their inaugural NBL Championship.
