Each year, Reconciliation Tasmania (RT) hosts events during National Reconciliation Week to offer connection, inspiration, and motivation for action and change. With an emphasis on truth telling, these events are an opportunity to hear from state and national leaders to explore how each of us can contribute to reconciliation in Tasmania.

2025's NRW theme of Bridging Now to Next reflects the ongoing connection between past, present and future. At a time when Australia faces uncertainty in its reconciliation journey, this theme calls on all Australians to step forward together. Bridging Now to Next urges us to look ahead and continue the push forward as past lessons guide us.

We are pleased to announce Keynote Speaker, Jim Everett-Puralia Meenamatta, Pakana writer, film maker, and political activist for Law in Country.

The event runs from 7am to 9am. Please arrive by 6.45AM to allow for a prompt start.

Reconciliation Tasmania NRW Breakfast is our largest yearly event.

We would like to thank our current sponsors for their support: Hydro Tasmania, Baptcare, WMM Law, Hobart Airport, Timberlands Pacific, Wellways, Libraries Tasmania, Catholic Care Tasmania, Discovery Early Learning Centre, Snap Print Solutions, Palliative Care Tasmania, and Tasmanian Walking Company, Key Assets, and ERA Planning & Environment.
